Age confirmation

You represent and warrant you are at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are not at least 18 or 21 years of age, depending on the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must exit the SITE immediately and may not use or access the SITE or print or download any Materials from them. you are not permitted to submit personal information to us. You represent that the jurisdiction from which you access SITE does not prohibit receiving or viewing of sexually explicit content. You agree not to bypass any security and/or access feature on this SITE. Additionally, the SITE does not assume any responsibility or liability for any misrepresentations regarding a user's age.

Membership

Membership may not be assigned, transferred, or sold to a third party. The SITE and its affiliates disclaim any and all liability arising from fraudulent entry and use of the SITE. 5. About SITES

SITE allows viewing various types of content by registered and unregistered users who desire to view visual depictions of adult-oriented content, including sexually explicit images. SITE shall not be used for any commercial purposes because it is exclusively aimed at personal use. You understand and acknowledge that when using SITE, you may be exposed to content that is inaccurate, offensive, indecent, or objectionable. All video, audio and image content displayed on SITE is fictional and simulated.

6. Registration, membership and security

Registration

You may become a registered user on SITE as you cannot access to the non-public portion of the SITE without being a registered user. You are responsible for providing all equipment and the computer necessary to access the SITE. You may access the non-public portion of the SITE only by being a active member with subscription. The SITE reserves the right to modify Materials and the SITE's design at anytime, with or without prior notice. You may choose between different types of registration varying in the period of membership. The subscription options and fees are presented to you on subscription form on SITE. The subscription fee shall be paid via payment card through a third party service provider. In case the third party payment provider fails to provide us with your payment, you have to repeat the payment and demand return of the unsuccessful payment from the payment provider.

Upon submission of the online registration form, SITE or its authorized agent will process the application. In connection with completing the online registration form, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form(such information being the 'Registration Data'). You must promptly inform SITE of all changes, including, but not limited to, changes in your address used in connection with billing for the SITE. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SITE or any of its authorized agents have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, SITE has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the SITE, as well as subjecting you to criminal and civil liability.

Your subscription (membership) is subject to periodical renewal (for the same period as initially ordered), unless you terminate it as stated below. You are obliged to pay the subscription fee for any renewed period of your membership. You may terminate your subscription (membership) through c or fill out the request form at least 7 days before the end of your current membership period. If you notify us in time, your subscription will be terminated at the end of your current membership period.

We do not provide cash refunds. Refunds are being managed case by case.

Member Account & Security

As part of the registration process, you will be issued a unique user name and password which you must provide in order to gain access to the non-public portion of the SITE. You certify that when asked to choose a username you will not choose a name which may falsely represent you as somebody else or a name which may otherwise be in violation of the rights of a third party. We reserve the right to disallow the use of usernames that we, at our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. As part of the registration process, you agree that data, and in particular Personal Information is transferred to and stored on Czechs servers. We reserve the right to cancel at any time the membership of any member who uses their selected username in violation of these Terms and Conditions or in any other way we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate. Your membership, the ID and password are nontransferable and non-assignable. You represent and warrant that you will not disclose to any other person your unique user name and password and that you will not provide access to the SITE to anyone who is below the age of majority in your state, province, or country, or otherwise does not wish to view the content on the SITE. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name and password and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your user name and password. SITE will not release your password for security reasons. You agree to (a) immediately notify SITE of any unauthorized use of your user name and password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You are liable and responsible for any unauthorized use of the SITE until you notify SITE by email regarding that unauthorized use. Unauthorized access to the SITE is illegal and a breach of this Agreement. You indemnify the SITE against all activities conducted through your account. You may obtain access to your billing records regarding charges of your use of the SITE upon request.

7. Termination

You hereby agree to be personally liable for any and all charges incurred by you until termination of membership for goods or services through your use of the SITE. This Agreement's provisions shall survive its termination, unless otherwise stated. Upon our processing of your request to cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the non-public areas of the SITE to which you were a member. Without limiting other remedies, the SITE may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or terminate your access and use of the SITE and refuse to provide our services to you at any time, with or without advance notice if: SITE believes that you have breached any material term of these Terms and Conditions or the documents it incorporates by reference; you fail to pay any amount due by the payment due date; we are unable to verify or authenticate any information you provide to us; we believe that your actions may cause legal liability for you, our users or us; or SITE decides to cease operations or to otherwise discontinue any of the SITE or parts thereof. Further, you agree that neither SITE nor any third party acting on our behalf shall be liable to you for any termination of your membership or access to the SITE. You agree that if your account is terminated by SITE, you will not attempt to re-register as a member without prior written consent from SITE.

THE SITE AND ALL MATERIALS CONTAINED THEREIN ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" THAT MAY MANIFEST CONTAMINATING OR DESTRUCTIVE PROPERTIES. SITE DOES NOT ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY OR RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE INTERNET. NONE OF THESE WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS WILL EXTEND TO ANY THIRD PERSON. During the notice period, the relationship between you and us shall be subject to the Terms in the current (unchanged) version.

14. Applicable law & No Child Pornography

These terms, its subject-matter, its formation, and all disputes arising in connection to use of Our Site are governed by Czech law, unless any mandatory provisions of other applicable laws apply in a particular case. You and we both agree that the courts of the Czech Republic will have jurisdiction over any issues arising from these Terms unless any other courts have jurisdiction according to mandatory provisions of applicable laws.

Although we are not subject to United States law, we voluntarily comply with the provisions of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 (record-keeping requirements) and its regulations and warrant that any actual human beings depicted in content appearing on Our Site were over the age of 18 at the time that content was recorded.

We have designated ourselves as a custodian so to keep the original records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for all materials appearing within the Our Site, including marketing and advertising materials that contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct and that have been acquired or created by us for the purpose of promoting Our Site. Age verification records are collected and reviewed before permitting a registered user to pay for subscription.

15. Waiver and severability

Neither you nor we shall be considered to have waived any right, power or privilege granted by these Terms or stipulation contained therein unless said waiver has been duly expressed in writing and recognized by the other party.

If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.

Termination

We may terminate these Terms for any or no reason at any time by notifying you through a notice on Our Site, by email, or by any other method of communication. Any such termination will be without prejudice to our rights, remedies, claims, or defences hereunder. Upon termination of these Terms you will no longer have a right to access your account or your content.
